What We Do
At The Palms MedSpa in Fort Myers, we are well experienced and educated in skin disorders and treatments. We are experts in facial skin treatment for acne, acne scares, hyperpigmentation, winkles and fine lines, sagging, dry skin, clogged pores, and more. Although we offer individual treatments such as facial microneedling if clients prefer, we recommend a holistic approach. This will give you better and longer lasting results!
Our Signature Facial
Our Signature Facial consists of a 60 minute facial and facial massage technique. It starts with a double cleanse of your face. During this, we use medical grade products that is needed for your current skin condition. We then do exfoliation and extractions, followed by facial massage. Yes, its relaxing. You may drift off to sleep!
We offer a FREE facial to all our new clients. Not only a great facial skin treatment for the client, but is also gives us a better understanding of your current skin condition.

Our Skin Care Treatment Plan is the best way for us to help your skin. Skin Care is like going to the gym.. You can't just go once to see changes. Our Skin Care Treatment plan consists of routine visits and treatments to our office in Fort Myers.
Your FREE Consultation & FREE Facial Skin Treatment
During your FREE Consultation, we will take a closer look at your skin condition and issues. We will talk about your diet, lifestyle, etc.
Then its time to create your individualized skin care plan. You will have your first facial with us, ON THE HOUSE! We will use products suited for your skin condition and use corrective devices as needed. We will go over your diet and how things you eat and drink can relate to certain issues. We will talk about lifestyle and your current skincare routine and changes that need to be made.
Lastly, we will talk about your care plan with us. We will set up your routine visits for different procedures, which may be a customized facials, hydrafacial, microdermabrasion, or even microneedling.
Customized Facial
The difference in a Signature Facial and a Customized Facial: In a Customized Facial, we are focused more on "Corrective" treatments. This is were we get more aggressive with treatments of Acne, Clogged Pores, Hyperpigmentation, Sun Damage, Dry Skin, etc.
Once you are a client, and on our skin care treatment plan, this will be the types of facials you will receive.
HydraFacial
HydraFacial is not only a procedure but also a device. This is GREAT for almost every skin issue. It consists of a Abrasion wand, which is able to not only suction pores, but also flush them. The HydraFacial also has Ultrasonic ability to stimulate collagen production. We also use High Frequency. This is great for killing bacteria that causes acne and other issues of the skin, while also stimulating collagen production. The results speak for themselves!
